Lots of Cherry Tomatoes from the greenhouse this year so I smoked some. They are great on a salad or just to snack on, sweet and smokey. Tonight we are adding them to our marinara sauce for Shrimp Fra Diavolo.

It is 107 here in Dallas. What’s the temperature where you are? I would need an air conditioned greenhouse. LOL My garden is frozen in time, but the okra is going great guns. I am hoping for a fall revival in the rest of the garden.
