Anyone have a great way to use up a couple bunches of radishes?
I'm mainly planning to use Raichlen's grilled radish recipe (halved, skewered, grilled, served with Roquefort butter) but I'd love to hear about some other ways The Pit has come up with to use radishes as a side dish.

Radish dipped in softened butter and sprinkled with salt is one of the great appetizers! Thinly slice and put on a slice of buttered bread if you want to be fancier.

I halved or quarter them, toss with olive oil and your favorite spice blend. I’ve used TC, adobo from Penzey’s, or my markets homemade citrus pepper. Roast until tender in the toaster oven. Or, same flavor profile in an aluminum pan on the grill while your main cooks. Once they are fork tender, they are done.
