                Why not? We've had purple carrots, purple sweet potatoes, purple potatoes and purple cauliflower. I'd be all in on it.

                    You bet. I wonder what would happen with yer mind. Sorta like taking a bite into white chocolate for the first time, it slightly messes with ya.

                      I just say no to white chocolate. I am not sure what that stuff is, but it doesn't taste like chocolate to me! More like sweetened wax...

                      jfmorris Your comment stirred a memory for me. I use Scharffenberger artisanal chocolate for most of my baking and Robert's book, The Essence of Chocolate, has this to say about white chocolate: (Paraphrased) True chocolate must contain both cocoa butter and cacao particles. White chocolate contains none of the latter, which is what gives chocolate its dark color and flavor. The best white chocolate has cocoa butter but cheaper ones contain vegetable oils instead.
