Well in my upside down day I did miss out on the Bonesy Memorial Cook. But, I will git er done nother time. In the meantime I still had to eat. I had left over drum sticks from 2 days ago & just under a pound of fresh organic baby spinach, little things. Whut to do? I remembered that I had written down on a note pad a recipe that @Candy Sue Q had mentioned a couple of months ago. There’s my side I thought. She called fer a Tbs of butter, shoot, I threw in almost a half a stick. Got to sautein the onion & garlic, gave it a little extra twist with a dash of dill & a dash of ginger, introduced the spinach, wilted those green leaves & threw in a whole package of cream cheese. There was my side to my left over dummies.
