    Our Fourth of July Seafood Feast

    Kate’s Seafood Bake Feast for Four

    Ingredients
    1. Four ½ pound lobster tails
    2. Two pounds of jumbo shrimp
    3. 1.5 pounds of large sea scallops
    4. 100 little neck clams
    5. Smoked sausage
    6. Sweet corn
    7. Baby potatoes
    8. Lemon slices
    Sauce
    1. 2.5 cups melted butter
    2. 1.5 cups white wine
    3. Old Bay seasoning
    4. Vidalia onion quarters
    5. Garlic
    6. Parsley
    Make sauce, pour it in a hotel pan, and put ingredients into sauce with lemon slices on top. Cover pan with foil. Put on a gas grill and cook on direct heat at 400-4500 for 30 minutes. Here are pictures

              Beautiful. A great seafood feast and pleased guests that doesn’t involve getting up at the break of day and tending a smoker all day long. I’ve got to remember this cook for use here sometime when the food matters but the guests matter more.. My hat is off to you.
