My first AI generated spice blend

I went to the Chef Heart shop in Okanogan, WA and had the owner, James, show me how to use the Spice Wizard on their website to create my own personal blend. All I had in mind was that I wanted to call it 'Grumpy Old Bastards Get Off My Lawn' blend, and that the label have a bulldog on a lawn tethered and snarling. James typed in the information and the Wizard kicked out a recipe and artwork. He gave the recipe to Ralph, who blends the spices, and then printed out the labels. Whole process took an hour or so. I walked out of the store with this:

Eager to try it out, I cooked up a couple of boneless, thin cut pork chops with it.

For breakfast this morning I seasoned my eggs with it.

The whole process was fun, and the spices are amazing. Pictures can't convey the flavour and aroma of freshly ground spice.AI also generated a webpage for my blend with recipes. Since I don't have a website, they lined AR to it.

    Persona Blend: Grumpy Old Bastards

I'm not going into the spice business; I had this made so I could give it to some friends of mine. But they bottled up the extra spice and it is on their shelf for sale. Part of the deal is that I am now an affiliate and get a commission on every jar of my spice that sells. They bottled up the extra spice and have it on their shelf.

The small jars that I ordered.

And a couple of the large jars.

Now for the really good news. James is making an exclusive offer to AR members. Here is your chance to have some bragging rights with your friends by having your own spice blend. Or you can hand them out to your friends. And just in time for the Secret Santa thing, give your giftee a spice blend or rub personalised just for them. I have connected James and Huskee so Huskee can post it in the Special Offers for Members thread. But, if you are anxious to get started, PM me and I'll give you the code.

That’s pretty awesome! I was looking at their website when you posted it previously. I wouldn’t know where to start for the spice blend. Did you give any criteria to AI in what you were looking for flavor profile-wise for it or come up with a blend? In all, pretty cool.

Sounds interesting. So tell us what all went into your blend! And that's the only prompt, the name and the label? Not "for use on pork" or anything?

Not knowing what Gemini is, I had to Google it. How”s that for irony?😉 I am not that tech savvy, maybe any AI programmer can come up with a recipe. But, what it won’t do is grind a fresh blend, print a label, and bottle it for you. Nor will it create a website for your product and market it for you. Even if you are like me, just making it for yourself and marketing it isn’t a motivation, it’s a bonus.

This is cool on so many levels. The one that impresses me the most is the freshness. Flavor is the reason you want to do it, after all.

Absolutely. Unfortunately, I can't post aroma and flavour. Which may be a good thing, what would PJ's neighbours be thinking seeing him licking his monitor. Well, maybe not, considering what they already see him doing.

Sage forward works for the upcoming holiday. I could use that for turkey or stuffing. Ima go, how to? PM? Done.
Got one on the way. Thanks CN. I went thru AR.com
