Henrik do you make this at the holidays? Last year I sold so many of these because a priest/preacher passed away and he always made these for the Scandinavian neighbors. It was really awesome!

No, but it is very common. As the article says it is a Danish tradition. The salty pork with cracklings is super savory and highly recommended! It’s easy to make and lends itself perfectly for the grilll. Flæsk => pork, and steg => steak (which incidentally means roast in Scandinavia​​​​​​)
