I've never seen turkey ribs, but they do look like pork ribs.

                Great looking ribs!

My wife would shoot me if I tried to do ribs on Thanksgiving. Too many traditions and favorite dishes.

We are having ribs Sunday instead.

I'm with Old Glory, it took me years to get my wife to go along with frying a turkey rather than stuffing it and throwing it in the oven. She would "suggest" the ribs are for any day but NOT Thanksgiving Day, turkey is "tradition". Since it's just the two of us, I cut a turkey in half, fry that and freeze the other half. Marinated shrimp today on the grill and ribs tomorrow.

So if you smoked those on your MAK, are those considered MAK Ribs?

Seriously though, good alternative and nice looking cook !!
