    Butt finished way early

    My butts finished on my BGE hours early today, at 11 AM. I started then at midnight last night at 220 pit temp, pork got to 200 degrees at 11 AM. Eatin time is at 4. I tightly double wrapped them in foil and they are now in my oven at 170 degrees(no apple juice or moisture in foil).
    My Q: How long can they stay in the oven?

    You can pull it out of the oven right now and put it in a faux cambro. It will stay above 140 (the bottom of the food danger zone) with no problem.
