I’m hanging 3 bb racks that I cut in half, and will crutch them after ~3 hours. Has anyone tried just putting them all in a sealed foil pan with some liquid, rather than wrapping them individually?

Lots of knives
3 Weber Performers
1 classic kettle
1 26" kettle
1 Smoky Joe
1 PBC
4 Thermoworks POPs
2 Dot and 1 Chef Alarm
2 Temp spikes
4 Slo n Sears
1 Smokenator
2 Vortex

That is what I do if the wibs come off early. Foil pan, a little apple juice, cover in foil and put in warm oven.

IMO it should work. When you wrap your basically steaming/braising to get them tender so you’ll be doing the same thing this way so yea should work
