Chinatown Char Siu Ribs Sesame Oil
I want to give the Char Siu Ribs a shot so I am gathering the ingredients for Meathead's recipe. I have Kadoya Sesame Oil but the recipe calls for "toasted" sesame oil. My limited understanding of sesame oil is that toasted sesame oil is dark while untoasted sesame oil is light in color....since the Kadoya is dark is it safe to assume that it is toasted?Tags: None
