    They look good to me.

    noticed you use one of those fancy smoke tubes. Do they make an obvious difference? Do you fill them with pellets?

      Yes with  pellets, but also cherry and oak i used just to get extra smoke flavor, doen.t matter watt kind of pellets, i don't taste the different!

        Don't know, nearby there is a butcher with cheap prices for pork, like spareribs, not the thin one with only an inch of meat on the bone, but really thick spare ribs with 5-7 inch of meat on it, I don't know what kind of cattle they are, but they are very tasty, and very cheap. The cost here 7.57 USD/ 2.2 pound spareribs
