    Ham and bacon day

    Butchers a few hogs last week today I smoked the hams,. About 100 lbs and 8 12 Bacon's.                 It’s bacon 🥓 day here! Just in time: I used up the last of it this morning!
                a 10 lb pork belly just went in the smoker 🤤.
