        Nice. On a grass cutting break. Salted peanuts and Orange Powerade. Weed eater won't start, and now I have to look at this.....

          Church yard and Christian school grounds.....raining now. Simple formula: Constant rain = Constant grass cutting.

          Rubbed with Memphis Dust. For sauce I use Bullseye Original. For this batch I sauced at 30 and 15 minutes before the end of the cook. Don't bother with the sear at the end. Cooked for 5 hours at 225F on my Rec Tec, using Cookin Pellets Perfect Mix (Hickory, Cherry, Apple, Maple blend).
