    Weekend pork butts

    Getting ready to get the smoker fired up to cook some butts. At over 100 degrees outside, I probably won't need to light the fire until an hour or two into the cook. Gonna be a hot one, glad I have plenty of cold beer.

      Yeah, I'm debating if I really want to head to the woods to cut trails for the upcoming hunting season.

        It can wait a week until things temper off! Ever biting bug has been cooling off underneath the leaves, in the shade, just waiting for someone to come strolling into the woods and brush.

        Donw I have snake proof mini-chaps and enough tick spray to induce chromosomal change much like nuclear isotopes....and plenty electrolytes

        Its over a c-note up here too which is unheard of but its supposed to break tonight after midnight, man I hope so.

          Welcome to my life 80% of the year. I was born and raised here, never do business with any Floridian that claims to be used the heat. They are not trustworthy.
