    Weekend pork butts

    Getting ready to get the smoker fired up to cook some butts. At over 100 degrees outside, I probably won't need to light the fire until an hour or two into the cook. Gonna be a hot one, glad I have plenty of cold beer.

        It can wait a week until things temper off! Ever biting bug has been cooling off underneath the leaves, in the shade, just waiting for someone to come strolling into the woods and brush.

        Donw I have snake proof mini-chaps and enough tick spray to induce chromosomal change much like nuclear isotopes....and plenty electrolytes
