    How much pulled pork?

    I'm lazy. Started looking through past posts trying to find how much pulled pork to provide per person after about 8 pages gave out.
    Next month I'm making pulled pork for a homeless lunch with about 40 people. Not sure of sides yet. I will suggest he have someone make cole slaw. I will provide buns and sauces. how about a ball park guess. Thanks

    I'm cooking about 64 pounds for 100. I'll get 50+% yield and be at approx. 1/3 lb/humanoid.

    40/3x2= 26+ pounds. Extra never killed anyone.

        Thanks. That gives me some idea and I am meeting with him next week and will ask questions about the whole menu and past lunches. Get better soon.

      Buy 1lb a person raw pre-trim weight. Gives you usually 8oz a person.

        What #texastweeter said. For sliders you can get about 3 per 8 ounces cooked meat.
