I am making pulled pork for my granddaughter’s graduation party. Problem is, the party is from 2 to 7 and they want to serve during the entire party. In addition, I need to leave my place by 11:00 in order to get there in time. Any thoughts about the best approach would be appreciated.

My wife calls me "Teddy" and I call her "Princess" and that's where "mrteddyprincess" comes from.
I just had a party from noon until 9 pm. I divided the pulled pork into half pans and added chicken broth for moisture. I heated up one pan at a time covered at 350 F. As one pan was being consummed another was warming up in the oven. I don't know if this will work for you, but it's one approach that can work. That is, assuming you have an oven and a fridge where the party will be...Last edited by mrteddyprincess; May 30, 2019, 09:18 PM.

Can you pull one at a time? They should stay warm wrapped up in a decent cooler for 6+ hours. I kept some for 6 hours in the cooler a couple days ago and they were still almost too hot to handle. I wrapped them in paper and then in some heavy beach towels in the cooler. Pull one and when the pan starts to get empty pull another.
Stick it in a crockpot after you pull it and it should stay warm enough.

If you can pull as you go that would give the best quality product. Serve in a crockpot or hotel pan with chaffing dish.

This is good advice. Wrap the butts in foil and into towels and a cooler for the trip to the party, then pull them into the crockpot at the party. I've found that a 6 quart crock pot will hold about 2 pulled 8 pound (precook) butts.
