    Picnic ham

So, I was given a picnic ham from a friend of mine and am going to try out meatheads slowcooker pulled pork. My question is the ham came skin on. Should I remove the skin first or as I shred the meat? Thanks!

Sorry, I’ve looked at a bunch of recipes tonight, it’s not a Meathead recipe it’s Clint Cantwell’s love me tender slow cooker recipe. Always give credit where credit is due.

Nice move, you averted some big trouble there. I mean Ol’ Clint can be a tough one if’n ya git on the wrong side of him. 🕶

Yup remove that skin. Be sure to leave the fat on the back, that's what makes them cracklins' crispy and tasty !!!

Thanks guys! It turned out great, the only problem was I got stuck at work so my slow cooker shut off and it had cooled down. But still tender and delicious.
