    1st Crown Roast

Intended to fill the middle with stuffing as per recipe from the free site.... didn’t work out that way. Pretty good but too salty, as I noticed too late the rack was injected w/ 10% solution. Smoked on Rec Tec at 325. The meat I got from Costco, super tender. Glaze was delicious. Family was happy.
