Pork shoulder on the parrilla (GRILL). Easier to make pork sliders and less mess to clean up. 80 F and perfect weather.

Man I'd love to build a parilla in my back yard. I have searched and can't find any detailed plans. I'm thinking of modifying a pizza oven plan.

Those guys seem quite proud of their work for those prices tbob4 I'm pretty sure I could scrounge some scrap and cobble something together for less than a hundred bucks.

My daughter super tired last night on a beef bone. She went to sleep less than 5 mins afyer I took the pic. Kids had fun .wasnt my best bbq work but tough to do when running after mini mi's.
