    Making Bacon

    So I took an order for bacon from the guys at work.

    So I headed to Costco and picked up 3 cases of belly. Total weight was 120ish lbs. Filled my garage fridge pretty dang well.

    Also picked up a case of brisket to make ground beef and pastrami from.

        Wonderful plan! A friend of mine has indicated that he is out of bacon. So I will be heading down the bacon cure path soon. I will hold until cooler weather for smoking.
