Just when ewe think it can’t get no better The Uds Aka the Beast is a rib machine dry brined 2 full racks cut in half rub with mustard with Memphis rub cooker ran a little hotter then normal it ran between 250 to 279 ribs where done in 5 1/2 hrs wife was not ready to eat so I pulled off the cooker used 1/2 bottle of baby rays sweet Chipotle sauce and 1/2 pint of apricot jelly with a little apple juice to thin brush it on stuck it in the oven for a couple Hrs plated a little Coleslaw
