These 5+ slabs of baby back ribs were for Thursday night extended family dinner they were dry brined Wed. & now coated with MMD.
Took all 3 racks in my little smoker I didn’t get a good picture to show the bottom shelf but you get the idea from the top 2. Apple chips used for smoke & it’s a propane smoker
Only had time to get photo of the first 2 that were probe tender the others took longer & I was pressed for time at the end The last 3 took almost 6 hrs. But I’m still learning how to do this.

Don't know other than they said baby back ribs but they did have more meat than I thought they would as they were a 1 day sail item $1.77 /Lb. So i got my limit of 5 & used my brothers card & got another 5 with his card. They were frozen not fresh But still frozen so 5 went in the freezer.

Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

Rarely am I ever under 5-6 hrs for ribs, most typically 6-7. Depends mostly on how thick they are when you buy them. Like any BBQ meat, don't believe when someone tells you a standard time for ribs, there's too many variables. Looks wonderful!
