    These 5+ slabs of baby back ribs were for Thursday night extended family dinner they were dry brined Wed. & now coated with MMD.

    Took all 3 racks in my little smoker I didn’t get a good picture to show the bottom shelf but you get the idea from the top 2. Apple chips used for smoke & it’s a propane smoker

    Only had time to get photo of the first 2 that were probe tender the others took longer & I was pressed for time at the end The last 3 took almost 6 hrs. But I’m still learning how to do this.

                  Don't know other than they said baby back ribs but they did have more meat than I thought they would as they were a 1 day sail item $1.77 /Lb. So i got my limit of 5 & used my brothers card & got another 5 with his card. They were frozen not fresh But still frozen so 5 went in the freezer.

                    Rarely am I ever under 5-6 hrs for ribs, most typically 6-7. Depends mostly on how thick they are when you buy them. Like any BBQ meat, don't believe when someone tells you a standard time for ribs, there's too many variables. Looks wonderful!
