    Beast meats Mr Butt

    2nd cook on the beast hope he likes butt. I was going to hang it but the hooks I made from some cheap skewers look like they weren’t up for the job 4 1/2 hrs internal 163 pulled and now on to 205ish

      Good to see a smokey Beast! I bet it'll do a great job. I'm interested if you think that the butt cooks a lot faster. My very thick ribs only took four hours last time in my UDS.

        4 1/2 hrs 162 going to wrap and put back on the beast
