So the wife and I saw a commercial for a fast food chain with pulled pork on a burger. She said "that looks good". I said "I have left over pulled pork and a PK Grill". Picked up some certified angus ground beef, fired up the PK, put the pulled pork and some BBQ sauce in a pan next to the burgers. Grilled burger, slice of Wisconsin cheddar, onion rings, and pulled pork. Will definitely make these again.

Next time you should try a triple pig burger.
We have a BBQ joint that makes the best "burger". They start with 8oz of ground pork and make a pork burger. After they grill it they dip it in their BBQ sauce. Next they top it with bacon and a slice of cheddar cheese. They then melt that under the broiler a bit and then top it off with a onion ring and pulled pork.

There is a local joint that opened recently, (ZZQ), and they have a new sandwich they call Tres Hombres. It's chopped brisket. pork and sausage with pickled onions. I like their brisket and beef ribs enough that I may never try the sandwich...Comment
