My local grocier/butcher shop is advertising an item called "boneless pork loin ribs royale". Is anyone familiar with this cut or the best way to prepare it? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
Seems like sliced loin and they throw in the mention of rib to help sell it. Probably not as bad as Wingstop selling boneless chicken wings made from 100% breast meat.
Our wal-mart sells country style ribs, but you have to be careful since some are made with loin instead of the butt roast and they are very lean and dry.
