Been meaning to try these for some time now, but finally got around to buying a bag.
Interesting flavor on the peppers. Fragrant, but not sweet and not as much of a roulette spin on the heat. Actually quite mild but flavorful. Smoked them with the pork for a while then finished them on skewers.

Now I have an Anova sous vide, the Dragon blower and 2 Chef alarms from Thermoworks.
