    A little determination

    Grilling season. Hah! 16 degrees out and a foot of snow in Chicagoland today. Still smokin' with some jalepeño Mac n cheese and green beans.

                        That's the spirit! I have done a couple of cooks in single digit temperatures this winter. I like the stick burner method in that kind of cold, but at least you can stay inside most of the time using charcoal.

                            Love the lawn chair (drinking chair) sitting by the smoker, with great protection from the sun. Us northerners improvise well.
