    Double smoked ham

ID:	385349 i told me neighbour that i was smoking some pork ribs today and I had room on my pellet grill and she brought down a cooked ham. I smoked it for six hours at around 210F and it was at 143F when I took it off to give it to her. We all tasted it and we liked the results. See the attached picture. I wonder if anyone else has tried this before?

      Double smoke hams quite often. Actually went to my local HEB yesterday to get one. None in site. These are delish!
