Any recipes, tips? I've cooked a small brisket, baby back ribs, and chicken so looking for some advice for Country Style Pork Ribs.

eating some tonight. dry brine. inject if you want. cook a bit hotter than normal, 300ish with smoke. after an hour and a half, transfer to aluminum foil pan and add a quartered onion, some sauce, a 1/4 cup cola, 1/4 cup bourbon, and cover with foil. cook an additional 3 hours at 325 if you plan to pull it, if not cook this way 2 hours, then remove from foil. put back on grate, glaze with a good glaze, then finish it. oh and rub before initial smoke.

I picked this recommendation up from a reply lonnie mac made to a post a couple months ago. I've made it a couple times since then and it's "real guuud". The BBQ Pit Boys have a different version posted on their site now. I like the the looks of the sauce recipe better in the version I linked to.
