Thanks everyone for the input. Yeah, Sam's has bone-in and Costco has boneless. The price difference is currently .11/lb, cheaper for the bone-in. Not really a big savings for having to pay for the bone.

The ones I get don't really have all that much bone in them. Just the top bit of shoulder blade. Worth it to me just to not have to tie them. To each their own...
