Pork chops together again for the first time

My wife is not a big fan so I don't get to eat pork chops too much, but when I saw these beauties I couldn't resist. Pork chops are affordable yet often overlooked. When done right a tasty treat they make.

I actually tried a store bought seasoning grill mates smokehouse maple, it's good with pork but I think it needs some heat to offset the sweetness
