    St Louis ribs in pellet grill

    Did some ribs tonight. I was short on time so tried the recipe at this link. http://thehungrybluebird.com/recipes...is-style-ribs/. I used meathead's Memphis dust after putting on kosher salt. Fired up the grill to 275 and took about 2.5 hours on grill following the basting protocol in recipe. 50/50 bbq sauce and water for baste/glaze. They turned out great and I did not add sauce afterwards. The ginger from Memphis dust really worked and ended up giving the ribs an Asian flare. That was unplanned, but pleasant treat and you can't beat 3 hour from fridge to table. Mitch

                Those look fantastic Mitch. Nice work on them. I too use the dry brine Kosher salt the night before and the Memphis Dust now on my ribs and shoulders. I have gotten many compliments this year on our pork products with that method.
