    Side pork

    Picked up some sliced fresh side pork today. I believe this is essentially bacon without cure or smoke. Suggestions?

      EdF yeah, I was going to say that I think I'd have to adapt that recipe a bit. Oakgrovebacon 's idea is a little easier to implement.
