    Saturday Morning pork Butts

    Good morning everyone out there, off to another great day make some "Perfect pulled pork" will try and update this as I go. Started out using Meatheads Memphis Dust, my 22" weber is set up with the snake method for fuel, got some apple chunks on there for smoke. House full of people will start showing up at 5:30 or so ! Will make up some KC Classic sauce the afternoon for after I pull it

              Pit temp is running a bit cooler then usual, but I've never had that much on there before . Note to self add another ring to snake when grill is full,

                      NorthOfTheBorder that looks awesome. I want to pic that fat off the top of the butt closest to me and take a bite. I bet its moulton delicious with a crusty bite. Good looking pork my friend.
