I love the passion to work with what ya got! I think thats how a lot of us started, and it's the hallmark of someone that truly loves BBQ/smoking too much to let a bare bones tool chest stop them. Thank you! I am doing pulled pork for the first time this Monday with the same setup and I'm already super excited. I made my sauces last night and they turned out incredible! Will be setting the alarm for 4am Monday...
