    Pork tenderloins two ways!

    I was going to SV up some yummy tenderloins tonight, but at the same time I have been playing with a new charcoal basket in my stick burner all day. It's probably against the law to run a smoker without any meat! As hard as I tried I just couldn't do it. The little tenderloins come two to a pack anyway!

    Gonna be good!

    I am certain that is illegal to run a smoker of any kind without meat in it.

          Came out just OUTSTANDING! Only shy of two hours in the smoke.
