    New Apple KC style bbq sauce and ribs

    So after making up this sauce which to most of you it sounds weird im sure the first two people who saw a egg come out of a chickens but argued on who would be the first to have to try it, I prepared the ribs and got up at 3 to start them, cooked on the kj at 225 two pieces of apple wood for smoke. Roughly 6 1/2 hours later this is the end results Click image for larger version
