I had family get together for the wife's grandpaws 93rd birthday this past Sunday and I wanted to smoke some baby backs for the event.
Saturday afternoon I get the prep started. Peeled the membrane off the backs, rubbed them down some mustard and in Huskee's rib rub. Wrapped them and tucked them away.

Shhhh....they're sleepin.

At about 10:30 Sunday morning I get the smoker fired up and dialed in @275. I throw my hickory chunks in the smoker and toss the ribs on.

A little over 2 hours in I pull the ribs and coat them in brown sugar and butter for glossy finish.

After a 3 hour cook it's time to pull, cut and serve!

I had 19 people total for 4 racks. One being a 2 year old, 2 8 and 10 year old boys, 3 teen girls (that surprisingly devoured ribs), 7 adult males, and 6 adult females. I had 6 ribs leftover.
