This afternoon I was in the grocery store and seen some good looking country style ribs. I found a recipe for honey srirachi sauce that I have been wanting to try and he ribs looked like the perfect victim. I cooked the ribs at 230F indirect heat until they were about 175 internal temp. Then cranked it up to 425-450 over direct heat flipping a few times and adding sauce each time so that I could carmelize the sauce and internal temp was 195F. They turned out great with loaded potato salad and baked beans. If anyone is interested I can post the sauce recipe. Oh btw the lighter colored ones have no sauce the wife likes them naked.

Sorry for the delay I have been busy the last couple of days. Here is the recipe for the sauce that I used:
ingredients
10tbs salted butter
10-12 cloves of minced garlic
5 tbsp soy sauce
5 tbsp lime juice
1 Cup Siracha Sauce
1 Cup honey
Melt butter in a large sauce pan on med-low
Once butter is melted add garlic and cook for 3 min. Or so
Add lime juice and stir together
slowly add soy sauce and stir it in good
Add Siracha sauce stir a few times and add honey
mix everything together good. Keep stirring on med-low heat for about 10 min.
it will not be real thick.
I had plenty left over and can't wait to try it on some wings this weekend.
Hope y'all enjoy
