    Nice thinking looks really good. Never made them in my head anything called burnt can not be good and was a failed cook. They really look good

      I love burnt ends. So so much. They might be one of the worst things you can put in your body. But they are so so good. And worth it!

          Nice work clb239 !! I'm not sure I've ever done country style ribs before, but now I wanna! You just pulled the meat and cut away from the bones?

          Did you half cook them like ribs and then finish them in the pan like burnt ends for another few hours? Or go the full cook time like ribs AND tack on the extra burnt end time? Total cook time?

            country style ribs are cuts of meat from the shoulder. it's essentially a pork butt sliced up

            Total cook time was a little over 4 hours...They were mostly done at the three hour point when I took them off and cut the meat off of the bone and cubed it up..The extra hour plus was to cook the up to caramelize the meat in the sauce...
