Went to Safeway this morning to pick up some eggs (while I was smoking a brisket from last night), and always gotta walk by the meat section in case I find something good - today I did! Was surprised to see they carry Durocs, spares and babybacks. $7/lb, but compared to online prices, this is really good. Threw them in the smoker after I pulled the brisket. Brisket for lunch, Durocs for dinner! Will be done in a couple hours.
