    8.2LB IBBB and 3 BBR

    Got this baby on sale (of course ) back in July. Boss Momma said time to clean out the freezer. I happily start thawing Thursday. Last night I made up some Memphis Dust and applied to let the meat sweeten overnight. Up bright and early to bring the Kamado up to 255. God Bless America Click image for larger version
