Just put my first ribs on the PK. Using Kingsford comp charcoal (it came with the grill, will switch to KBB when it runs out), temp is a bit low at 205 but rising slowly. Hickory chips on the coals. Planning on cooking a pan of beans under the ribs a little later. Will post pics later
