    Pork Sirloin Tip Roast?

Anybody cooked or had one of these before? Just saw it at Costco for the first time. It was 4 small roast-looking things individually wrapped and packaged together for a total weight in the 7-8 lb range. Only $2.49/lb.

Yeah... they are good. I cooked it like a Tri Tip but adjusted the Internal Temp... came out great.

I didn't originally, but went back to get a pack today. This isn't something my Costco has stocked before and it may have been a one time thing. Today there were fewer left and they were $3.50 off a pack, dropping the price to just over $2/lb. Going to give one a go sometime in the next couple of days.

Love the new verb. Should we add it to UrbanDictionary.com?

              A couple of days, really?
