First pork roast debone

And one happy puppy got de bone. I rubbed it all over and twined it up. can't wait to see how it turns out.

Looks like from the south end of the loin in the picnic portion of the cut. Just a bit more lean than the blade end but it should make for some fine eatin!

I don't think they label it as picnic around here. mainly I see pork shoulder or Boston butt. what's the definition of a picnic roast?

It is the lower part of the shoulder, the Boston butt is the upper part with the blade bone. Dat look to be leg bone frum da piknik.
