    Pork Burned Ends

    I found some country style ribs on sale for a couple dollars yesterday so I thought I'd get creative. A little MH Dust, smoke, and some BBQ sauce seared into the meat and these came out like candy

        Thank you sir, I think the package of meat cost around 4 bucks.

        I'll tell you what though, I used my fresh Penzy spices to make the Memphis dust, you talk about the best thing I've ever taste. I've made it with McCormicks before but nothing compares to fresh bold spices. Great rub Meat Head

          Gbell, can you walk me through the preparation and cooking process? They sure look good and I would like to try them. I know the post is old but this came up in my search for country style ribs.....😛

              i would also like your process as Dfusco asked. I also spotted Penzy spices in downtown Naperville, Il a couple of weeks ago and am wondering if this is a chain or a independent.

                Penzy's is a chain. They have a couple locations scattered about.
