    Smoked pork loin with mojo injection

    I normally don't post but decided to give back. I wanted to try my new injector so I braved the 40° weather and these are the results. I dry brined the loin last night and injected the mojo sauce this morning. I rushed home and got the Weber with SNS hot. I used MMD and apple/cherry wood as well.
