What rub to use for "twice smoked" Spiral Sliced Ham?
Planning to smoke a spiral sliced ham for Thanksgiving by putting honey and a rub sprinkled between the slices and smoking at 240. I haven't tried Meathead's Memphis Dust, but was thinking of using that on this. What do you think of that choice? What would you use.
By the way, I plan to glaze the turkey at the end with a rootbeer/pineapple glaze that we have used in the oven at the end.

Hey, have you ever tried doing a 'carving ham?' .. I got one going this year. Gonna use a Bourbon glaze to finish it. Good luck brother!
