Did LMRs yesterday on the Rec Tec. Cooked at 225F for 6 hours, using CookinPellets Perfect Mix pellets. Oiled and rubbed with Memphis Dust (the "with salt" version) just before putting on the smoker. Usually I sauce them about 30 minutes before the end of the cook. This time I left them dry to see how they would be. I think I will go back to saucing them (ended up putting some at the table). Other than that, they came out great. Served with fresh corn and snap peas.
